It has come to my attention that a Metro High School lacrosse team member has posted an image on Instagram from this year's tournament, and included the LNS logo. 

I am writing to request that you notify all participating teams and individuals of an important clarification regarding the Metro High School lacrosse tournament. This event is a Metro High School Athletic Association tournament and is not sanctioned by Lacrosse Nova Scotia (LNS).

As such, participants and teams are not permitted to use the Lacrosse Nova Scotia (LNS) name, logo, or emblem in any capacity when promoting this tournament or their involvement in it.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that all communications and promotional materials accurately reflect this distinction and comply with the appropriate guidelines.
